Returns and Exchanges

Free returns or exchanges are available within two weeks (14 days) after receiving the item for a full refund, shipping is not included unless the item was received damaged. To initiate a return or exchange please contact mod@modbang.com with your order number, order date, and name of the item.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Modbang offers the manufacturers warranty for items not manufactured by Modbang.

Warranty coverage and duration vary by brand. Coverage begins on the date you receive the item from us. If an issue cannot be verified during inspection or testing upon return, the original unit may be sent back to you.

To begin a warranty return, please contact mod@modbang.com with your order number, order date, and name of the item you'd like to return along with any issues. We will reply with further instructions to complete the warranty return.
